    These are 1/35 scale Samurai Warrior figures. They are a slight departure from Tamiya’s usual military subjects as they depict Japanese samurai warriors from the tale of the “47 Ronin”, a legend of revenge made famous in the West by the eponymous Hollywood movie. The kit comes with a wealth of information about clothing and customs in English. The included instruction manual is also an interesting source of reference for aficionados of Japanese history and culture.

     

    Special feature 1 The form of the samurai is depicted smartly with accurate renderings of clothing, arms and accessories of the era. The manual includes detailed descriptions of the various components.
